Not so static as you say, the first one is really wonderful,the second one too, the others are a bit muddy but are good too. Not always perfect but almost.
I am learning how to deal with using a sign writer's sword brush. There is very little control, one has to drag the brush along the surface. It's hard but it's fun too!
